Overhead Press with Lunge
3 sets of 15 reps 
Andrew List
Start standing with a weight in each hand anywhere from 8 to 15lbs. Step one foot forward into a lunge, knee over the ankle. Bring the arms out to sides and to a 90 degree angle with the palms facing forward. Keep the chest lifted as you start to press the weights overhead, weights heads will lightly tap. Return to darting position. That was one rep. Continue this exercise for 15 reps, the switch legs for the lunge and repeat.
Good for upper body strength and toning.
