Come to lying on the belly. Bend the knees, bringing heels in towards the buttocks, and reach for the ankles. Kick the feet into the hands and roll the shoulders back while pressing the pelvis into the floor to create the backbend, then roll over to one side and switch.
Good for strengthening the back muscles and full front body stretch.
