This pose is all about facing your fears and trusting your own strength! From Down Dog, look past the front of the mat before you jump. 
While in the air, bend your arms slowly and send your shoulders forward (instead of bending your elbows back). Point the feet and flex the toes, to engage the legs and balance.
Good for balance, arm and core strength.
